Amos M. Case vs Sarah M. Case

            The couple was married on 22 Sept 1857 in Jefferson Co, NY.  Amos told the court that Sarah lived in Sherwood, MI as of 15 Apr 1867 when she abandoned him.  He wanted a divorce; later Amos asked for the case to be dismissed. In the 1870 Bryan, Pulaski Twp, Wms Co, OH federal census p10, Madison Case 36 NY laborer was enumerated in the home of Anna Hill 39 PA dressmaker.
